3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using the Site or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Content Gets Clients, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, offer, and target audience
• Record video content as directed and within agreed-upon timelines
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays in deliverables
• Ensure that all content you provide to us does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are governed by the individual service agreement between you and Content Gets Clients. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

Our content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Content Gets Clients and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Client content: Upon full payment for services, you own the final video content we produce for you. We retain the right to use anonymized performance data and general methodologies for internal purposes. We may request your permission to reference your channel or results as a case study or in our marketing materials, but will not do so without your explicit consent.

7. Results Disclaimer

Content Gets Clients provides YouTube content marketing services based on proven strategies and significant industry experience. However, we make no guarantee of specific results, including but not limited to views, subscribers, leads, sales calls booked, or revenue generated. Results vary based on your industry, offer, market conditions, consistency of content production, and other factors outside our control.

Any examples of results mentioned on our Site or in our marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing, and any information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Content Gets Clients shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site or our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Content Gets Clients with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
